Return & Refund Policy is committed to giving its customers and partners 100% customer satisfaction. Customers who are not happy with our product or services can cancel the subscription and demand for a refund under MultiSoftPrograms's refund policies. You are eligible for a refund of your training course fees if you full fill any of the criteria mentioned below:

  • allow the customer to return or replace any services within 48 hours of the purchase. If a cancellation is made after 48 hours, 10% of the total fees paid will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded to the customer.
  • If cancellation is made after 7 days from the purchase date, no refunds will be made. However, the customer can demand a replacement instead.
  • In case MultiSoftPrograms cancels an event, 100% of the training program fee will be refunded to the customer.
  • In a situation where MultiSoftProgram reschedules an event and the customer is not satisfied with the revised dates, then 100% refund will be paid to the customer.
  • All refund request received by will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the request. For any exceptional cases where the refund amount is not received, then the customer can raise a ticket by emailing to** or call* our dedicated customer support team.

This Return and Refund Policy is a part of, and included within, the Client Contract. Before registering with and using the services of the website, you acknowledge the fact that you have read and understood the Return and Refund Policy and you agree to the terms and conditions of the policy.
